Seapuit Partners (“Seapuit”) is funded entirely by the single-family office of Geoffrey Rehnert (“Rehnert”) and does not manage any unrelated or third-party capital. Seapuit will operate in compliance with Rehnert’s legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations to Audax Group and its affiliated investment entities (including Audax Private Equity and Audax Private Debt), and with the applicable compliance programs of Audax Group and its affiliated investment entities, including the allocation of appropriate investment opportunities to Audax Group-affiliated investment entities. Seapuit is staffed by separate investment professionals, and Rehnert’s role with Seapuit does not interfere with his obligations as Co-Founder, Co-Chairman, and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Audax Group. Seapuit operates separately from Audax Group and its affiliated investment entities.
